Our services include but are not limited to spring replacement, opener repair, cable repair, track realignment, sensor repair, motor repair, roller replacement, new door installation, and commercial garage door services. All services are subject to technician availability and scheduling.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Appointments may be scheduled by phone, online form, or direct booking through our website.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time.
  • We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for no-show appointments or late cancellations made less than 4 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Emergency service calls are prioritized based on urgency and technician availability. Response time estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed.

4. Payment & Pricing

  • All pricing provided prior to service (including online estimates and phone quotes) are approximations. The final price will be confirmed on-site before any work begins.
  • Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept the following payment methods: Cash, Credit Card, Debit Card, and Check.
  • Itemized invoices are available upon request for all completed services, including for property management and commercial clients.

5. Warranty

  • Parts: We warrant replacement parts against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of installation.
  • Labor: We warrant labor for a period of 24 months from the date of service completion.
  • This warranty is void if the repaired or replaced components are altered, serviced, or modified by any third party not authorized by GarageDoorRepairPhoenix.
  • This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accident, neglect, normal wear and tear, extreme environmental conditions, or external factors beyond our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GarageDoorRepairPhoenix's total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services or this website is limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any consequential, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services, including but not limited to property damage, loss of use, loss of business, or personal injury.
